Cog Hill Golf and Country Club
Sponsor Policies
Cog Hill asks that all outings adhere to the following policies regarding on course sponsors. Should Cog Hill find a sponsor violating any course policy, the sponsor, along with the outing organization/host will be held financially responsible. Cog Hill reserves the right to add a fee to the final outing invoice for sponsor violations. Additional information regarding sponsor fees and procedures as relating to the outing committee, is located on the “Shotgun Policies & Additional Fees” page of this package.
Sponsors are not permitted to bring outside food or beverage (alcoholic or not) on to Cog Hill property. This includes for personal consumption and/or to distribute to guests.
1. Should a sponsor wish to distribute beverages at their on-course location, they must contact a Cog Hill special event manager and purchase all product through Cog Hill directly. Order must be received by Cog Hill at least 72 hours prior to event. Orders may also be billed to the outing directly and included in the final outing invoice.
2. Cog Hill does not permit on course sponsors motor cart usage under any circumstances. Transportation to their designated on-course location will be provided by Cog Hill outing operation staff. Cog Hill outing staff will assist the golf outing event committee in the responsibility of bathroom breaks for sponsors throughout the day.
3. Tables are to be reserved for each sponsor by the golf outing committee. Cog Hill will invoice the outing for each set of 1 table and 2 chairs. Tables must be purchased through Cog Hill; sponsors are not permitted to bring their own.
4. Sponsors are responsible for their own set up and tear down. Cog Hill does not have additional staff available to assist sponsors, the staff will be providing shuttle service only.

All sponsors will be shuttled out to their locations on a first come, first serve basis. Cog Hill staff will always place priority on getting the golfers to their assigned holes on time for the shotgun start. If a sponsor arrives late or too close to shotgun start time, they will need to wait until after all golfers are led out on to the course.
