What is the headquarters hotel for the Annual Meeting?

There isn’t one specific headquarter hotel this year. AAR & SBL sessions will be held primarily in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, and surrounding hotels. The Book Exhibits will be held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

If I want to go back and add a hotel room, change my hotel reservation, or cancel my hotel reservation after registering for the Annual Meetings 2023, what do I need to do?

Housing for the AAR & SBL 2023 Annual Meetings is now closed. We have sent the booking lists to the hotels and they have now uploaded it into their systems. Please contact the hotel directly for any changes or cancellations. If you want to book a new hotel reservation, please consult the list below.

If you check your registration confirmation, you will see a link that will take you to your registration and housing confirmation page. Click on that and you will see your housing information, that includes an address to the hotel.

I am only attending one day and will purchase my registration on site. How do I book a hotel room?

To be able to book a hotel room at the Annual Meeting discounted rate, you must be registered prior to selecting a hotel. The ability to book a hotel at the Annual Meeting hotel rate will close on October 21.

Will there be a shuttle from hotel to the convention center?
No, there will not be an Annual Meetings bus or shuttle from the hotels to convention center this year.
