Jake Heller is a Senior Manager in EY’s Enterprise Risk Consulting Practice. He helps clients better manage risk by optimizing / rationalizing internal control frameworks, and improving operations via leading practices. He provides a diverse array of risk services, including supporting client’s internal audit departments, 2nd line of defense / risk functions, and other process improvement efforts.  Jake holds a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification.

Andrew Lavoie is a Senior Manager in the Technology Risk Practice at EY. He is part of the Emerging Technologies group which works with clients to help adopt emerging technologies, specifically analytics, in the design, execution, and testing of their control environments. He also works on both IA Co-source engagements and Integrated Audits, specializing in automated and IT general controls. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Ohio.
