An accomplished and talented group of media will join us for MEMS Executive Congress 2013. The first version of the pre-registered press list will be available to MIG members in August, and we will continue to update the list over the coming weeks.Use the press list to invite editors and industry analysts to personal briefings with your company spokespeople. We will provide background information on press, to help you tailor your pitches/invitations accordingly. You can also pitch article ideas to editors who accept contributed articles.

Onsite Press Room—our onsite press room at the Meritage Resort & Spa offers a comfortable, convenient meeting space for media briefings during MEMS Executive Congress. You are also welcome to bring your company’s press information to the press room. Press room tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.Onsite Press Room Hours

Online Press Room—hosted by MIG, the online press room will boost your visibility among media following news from the Congress. The opportunity to be a sponsor of the press room is still available.
- Deadline for participation is February 20th to secure participation in the Online Press Room.
- The Online Press Room is organized first by sponsorship level. All other MIG member companies will appear immediately after our sponsors. Press room participation is available at no charge to MIG member companies.
- Congress sponsors may contribute 5 documents + 3 images and one video link. All other MIG members and event speakers may contribute 3 documents + 1 image.
- PRESS RELEASE DATES: Please send us your press releases issued between November 1, 2013 - March 9, 2014.
- The online press room will go live March 9, 2014.

- February 21: Are You In? Please let us know that you are planning to submit material by this date.
- March 3: Materials Due Now—Email documents to Jonathan Perciavalle at MIG: jperciavalle[at]memsindustrygroup.org
- March 7: Last Possible Submission Date—Email documents to MIG, but please understand that due to time constraints, your posting to the online press room may be delayed.
