The FUSION Conference brings over 1,000 volunteer leaders from the three program areas--Promotion & Education, Women’s Leadership and Young Farmers & Ranchers--to learn, share and grow together to build a stronger Farm Bureau. There will be great speakers, breakout sessions and evening events that offer opportunities to grow and network with members from across the country. You'll leave the conference with new friends, new ideas and new energy for your farm and Farm Bureau.
The 2023 Farm Bureau FUSION Conference will bring together an estimated 1,000 young agricultural leaders from across the country in Jacksonville, Florida, March 3-6, to learn, share and grow together to build a stronger Farm Bureau. The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront will serve as the host hotel for the conference and will be the location of the majority of the conference events.
Conference Objectives
- Cultivate strong grassroots Farm Bureau leadership by bringing together current and future members of Farm Bureau and other agricultural organizations to learn, share and grow.
- Provide networking opportunities for members to share experiences and connect with industry leaders and experts.
- Engage and celebrate members of the Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers, Women’s Leadership and Promotion & Education programs.
- Give back to communities across the country through charitable outreach, community engagement and/or acts of kindness.
- Inspire attendees to apply conference takeaways on their farm, in their local Farm Bureau and/or in their daily life and career by providing engaging sessions and workshops on AFBF’s four major focus areas:
