Deliveries for this event will only be accepted from Tuesday, 3 December 2013. Collections must be completed within 1 week after the conference.
Access to the venue/set-up in the Refreshments Area will only be available from 7.30am on the morning of the conference. Please note: There will be no access the night prior to the Conference.
Arriving by car
If arriving by car with materials a loading access bay is available on Stephenson Street for up to 1 hour.

The venue has arranged special rates with The Birmingham Town Hall car park (also known as the red cage) which is located on Brunel Street, B5 4AF and is only a 4 minute walk to the hotel.
