CANCELLATION INFORMATION - All requests for cancellations must be submitted to Barbara Friend, CAP at barbara.friend@unos.org by Friday, April 14, 2023.

• If full payment has been received and a cancellation request was submitted by Friday, April 14, 2023, a full refund will be processed minus a $100 administrative fee
• No refunds will be given for cancellations submitted after Friday, April 14, 2023
