About the Rally in the Alley....

St. John's has more bars and pubs per capita than any other city in Canada and most of them are located on the infamous George Street. At this social event, participants will get to experience the famous nightlife of downtown St. John's. The evening will start with a traditional pub dinner, followed by an organized Pub Crawl ending at the Martini Bar. One there, we will take advantage of their large stage and dance floor to enjoy one of St. John's finest local bands, guaranteed to keep the party going to the end of the night.

  PRICE PER PERSON:  $95.00 includes:
·         Traditional fish and chips dinner,
·         Transportation to George Street from the Sheraton Hotel

A room block and special rates have been secured at Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland for conference delegates. All guest room reservations must be made directly through the hotel. Reservations must be received before May 1, 2014 and are based on availability. After this date, reservations will be subject to general availability at the prevailing corporate rate.

Room rate per night (not including taxes, fees and charges levied by the hotel*): $229.00/night

Cancellation Policy 
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at CNS@buksa.com. A $67.80 (incl. 13% HST) cancellation fee will apply for conference registrations cancelled until May 16, 2014. After this date, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued for dinner tickets.

Registration Policies
  • Registration fees must be paid in full before you will be admitted to the conference. If there is an outstanding balance on your account when you arrive at the conference, you will be asked for a credit card or cheque to settle your account.
  • All registration fees include 13% HST and are listed and must be paid in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Advance registrations will be accepted until June 2, 2014. After June 2, 2014, registrations will only be accepted on-site.
  • Substitutions may be made until June 2, 2014 by writing to the Conference Secretariat at CNS@buksa.com or on-site.
  • Credit card payment must be made by VISA or MasterCard and will be required to complete this form. Your statement will read “Buksa Assoc. (780) 436-0983 Edm.”
  • A confirmation notice detailing your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of this registration form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at CNS@buksa.com.
  • Recording may occur through the conference; by agreeing to these policies conference attendees consent to filming, photography and sound recording as delegates, speakers or exhibitors at the conference.
  • All registration rates are subject to availability.
