Platinum Sponsors for the entire 2023 Annual Conference

Spotlight during a Plenary Session

The two Platinum Sponsors will each be given 5 minutes to speak during either the opening or closing plenary sessions. This could be a verbal presentation or a pre-produced video presentation.

Marketing Presence Before, During & After the Conference

Platinum Sponsors will be recognized in all marketing of the conference via your logo with a link to your website via our emails to PCPA members & friends, the PCPA Facebook page, the PCPA website, the PCPA Annual Conference registration website. 

In addition, during each plenary session, logo presence will be on screen at each in-person session.

Platinum Sponsors will also be recognized at the event with signage and on attendees’ name badges.

Platinum Sponsors will have the opportunity to provide (after consultation on selection with the PCPA Executive Director) some type of functional marketing collateral for all attendees (i.e. notebook, name badges, lanyards, refillable water bottle/travel mug, etc.)

The keynotes and workshops will be recorded (as permitted by the presenters) and available on a secure site for conference attendees to access for at least 3 months following the conference. In addition, access to the recordings will be offered for sale to members who are unable to attend this event in person. This level sponsor will be recognized on each one of these recordings via logo presence on the title page.

And Platinum Sponsors will be entitled to monthly advertisements in the PCPA eNewsletter throughout the 2023 calendar year.

Opportunity to Lead a 45 minute Workshop

In addition, Platinum Sponsors will have the opportunity to submit a proposal to lead an educational workshop during the conference for both in-person and virtual audiences. Your workshop proposal must be received by no later than Friday, September 16, 2022 and the topic must be approved by the PCPA Conference Committee.

Plenary Session Presence

Each Gold Keynote Sponsor will be invited to introduce the keynote speaker they are sponsoring in one of our plenary sessions.

Gold Sponsors will be recognized in marketing of the conference via your logo with a link to your website via select emails to PCPA members & friends, the PCPA Facebook page, the PCPA website, the PCPA Annual Conference registration website.

Opportunity to Lead a 45 minute Workshop

In addition, Gold Sponsors will have the opportunity to submit a proposal to lead an educational workshop during the conference for both in-person and virtual audiences.
