Insurance: We require every exhibitor to include CECU as “additionally insured” on their policy. In addition every exhibiting company must carry the following coverage and provide a certificate of insurance on or before May 15, 2023: General Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000. Exhibit Booth Rates: To view exhibit booth rates, please visit the Convention website, navigate to the "Exhibitors" tab then select the "Booth Registration Rates & Details" dropdown. Please note that these rates do not apply to Allied Champion or Allied Advocate members. 

Cancellations and Refunds: In the event of cancellation of the Convention due to fire, strikes, government regulation or other causes beyond CECU and NACC control, CECU and NACC shall not be liable for failure to hold the Convention as scheduled, and CECU shall determine the amount of exhibit fees to be refunded. In the event of cancellation by Exhibitor, 50% will be retained by CECU if notice of cancellation is received in writing before April 14, 2023, and no refund will be made for cancellation after April 14, 2023.
