Texas State University is providing a 1-hour webinar.


Engage with NASA Aeronautics to solve hands-on distance-rate-time (DRT) problems using real world data. Use the FlyByMath edit simulator to conduct experiments, analyze and solve traditional DRT problems. Learn about NASA's FREE Sector 33 similator that can be with a web browswer, apple or androide mobile devices. Walk away with additional resources including activities, differentiated assessments and educational guides to use within the classroom. Come see how NASA is with you when you fly!

 
 

Sara Garcia-Torres, Ph.D. currently serves as an EPD Specialist at NASA Ames Research Center. She works with educators, families, and community members to support STEM efforts. Her research interests include STEM education. She holds degrees from TSU (PhD & MEd), and UTSA (BA).
