PRIOR to 01 September 2016 an admin fee of 10% will be charged. AFTER 01 September 2016 full cancellation fees (100%) will be charged on all PAID arrangements. DOMESTIC FLIGHTS: Flights are charged at 100% cancellation fee once tickets are paid and issued.
