Meta Pavšek Taškov Head of Mobile service AKOS, Slovenia Meta Pavšek Taškov received her BSEE and MSEE at University in Ljubljana, Slovenia in 1990 and 1993 respectively. First employment was 1989 in mixed research and development laboratory of Jožef Stefan Institute, Ljubljana and Iskra Hipot, Šentjernej. Since 1995, she was employed at AKOS. Since 2016, she is head of Mobile service department in AKOS, Slovene NRA. She was a Deputy Head of Delegation at WRC-15 and WRC-19. She chairs HCM – TWG since 2010. She is an active member of RSCom, ECC, CPG, ECC PT1, WGSE and HCM. She supports projects in framework of Slovene 5G initiative and 700 MHz Multiband Auction as well as other Auctions. | |

Mohamed Abdelghany Radio Spectrum Procurement Director National Telecom Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) Mr. M. Abdelghany holds the position of the Radio Spectrum Procurement Director at the National Telecom Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA). He is also Vice-chairman of Study Group 5 at the Radiocommunication Sector of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Since 2007, Mr. Abdelghany has been actively contributing to the Radiocommunication Sector of International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in developing regulatory and technical studies. Mr. Abdelghany has also contributed to the work of World Radiocommunication conferences as an agenda item coordinator for the Egyptian administration, the Arab Spectrum Management Group (ASMG) and the African Telecommunication Union (ATU). Mr. Abdelghany has more than 15 years of experience in the field of spectrum management both on the national and international levels, he is considered one of Egypt’ experts in spectrum planning and engineering, Radio Regulations, and wireless radiocommunication technologies. In 2019, he received Best Research Paper Award from the Second ITS Regional Conference for the Middle East and North Africa. Mr. Abdelghany holds Master of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Cairo University in 2018, and B.Sc. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University in 2003. | |

Ana Valero Director Regulatory Affairs for Latin America Telefónica As Director of Regulatory Affairs for Latin America in Telefonica, Ana defines and coordinates the positioning of the Telefonica Group in relation to regulatory issues in Telefonica’s 14 countries of operation in Latin America.
