ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 11, 2014

Save $100 on your registration fee by staying within the official Fire-Rescue Canada housing block at the Westin Ottawa Hotel.

Deadlines:

August 13, 2014 - Early registration deadline. Higher fees will apply after this date and on-site.
August 13, 2014 - Hotel reservation in Fire-Rescue Canada (FRC) room block deadline.
August 15, 2014 - Deadline for registration refunds (less processing fees)
September 11, 2014 - Deadline for online registrations (any registrations after this date can be done on-site)

Member and Non-Member Registration includes:
All sessions, access to the Vendors Gallery, all buffet breakfasts and lunches, refreshment breaks, Opening Ceremonies & Memorial Service, Welcome Reception, Fun Night, Vendors Gallery Reception and the Awards Gala.

Companion Registration includes:
Access to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Companion Tours, Opening Ceremonies & Memorial Service, Welcome Reception, Fun Night, Vendors Gallery Reception and the Awards Gala.

Daily Registration includes:
Sessions of the day and access to the Vendors Gallery.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before August 13, 2014 to receive a refund less a $100 registration cancellation processing fee. After August 13, 2014 no refunds will be granted. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

REGISTRATION SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Replacement of a registered Fire-Rescue Canada attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $50 processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing August 15, 2014. Original registrants registration will be refunded minus the processing fee and the new registrant must register as a new attendee to complete registration and housing. The new registrant must be named in the written notification and register before the original registrant is refunded. After August 15, 2014 no substitutions will be allowed, no refunds will be given and full cancellation charges will apply.
