Your CalPERS health plans have teamed up to launch the 2024 Open Enrollment Tool, which will be available starting July 22.

Once the Request Form is available, you will be able to make three different types of requests:

1. Onsite Support
   CalPERS health plans will participate in a limited number of onsite Open Enrollment events where they will answer benefit questions and provide resources regarding important health plan information. Live presentations for your onsite Open Enrollment events are also available by request.
2. Virtual Support
   Each health plan is offering a variety of virtual support resources such as videos, high resolution PDFs, microsites, webinars and more.
   
   CalPERS health plans can participate in virtual webinars hosted by your agency. Health plans can provide live presentations and/or a Q&A session during webinars.
3. Printed Materials
   Health plans can provide a small supply of printed materials to your agency. Materials have been pre-selected by each health plan and will be shipped to the address you provide.

Key dates:

• July 22 to August 30 — Open Enrollment Tool Request Form available for agencies to request Open Enrollment support
• September 3 to October 11 — Available dates for onsite & virtual Open Enrollment support
• September 16 to October 11 — CalPERS Open Enrollment period
