| | | Shelli Howlett President Summi7
Shelli Howlett is a leader that has a passion for helping businesses grow! Previously, she owned franchises with BNI in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio for 26 years and grew it to over 105 chapters and 2,800 members. She scaled BNI from 1 part-time staffer to 8, and up to 55 “chapter directors”. Her regions passed an incredible $102,764,946 in referral business per year.
Valentine’s Day 2020, she sold the entire business, and took off for two years with nine incredible trips. She then partnered up with Eric Strafel, Founder of Summit (Summi7). As President, she leads an inside staff and outside consultants that scale companies, but this time with a unique business scaling method.
She helped write part of the “workbook” from the business owner's perspective that’s now the foundation of the company. What she’s most proud of is that clients leave with an executable playbook and actually get help implementing it. One company grew 40% in a year!!
In the past she’s presented in the U.S., Paris, Durban, Johannesburg, and Tokyo and is a contributing author of two books.
A graduate of Texas Wesleyan with a BBA in Marketing, she’s also recently completed the Harvard University Certificate called Manage Mentor. She's a member of WBCS and Women Presidents Organization. Shelli volunteers on the board of the BNI Global Foundation and supports Friends of Thai Daughters, and pays every month for a girl, Pim, in Bangkok, to get through grade school, high school, and college. In her spare time, she does weight training, yoga, and loves to travel with her husband and friends. | |
