On completing your booking you will have the opportunity to pay the full amount online by credit card for any additional requests (e.g. extra nights or children in room). If you do not want to pay the full amount at the time of booking, you can return to your registration and pay online at any time up to the 15th of March 2014 (10 weeks prior to departure) - payment must be made by this date to secure your additional request. All payments must be paid online on this website. You will have up to the 15th of March 2014 to cancel your request and receive a full refund. If you choose to cancel your additional requests after this date the hotel will be unable to reimburse you. By completing this form you are agreeing to these conditions. If you fail to pay for any of the additional requests that are not covered by your qualification Herbalife reserve the right to deduct this amount from your royalties.
