* The 14' x 40' outdoor exhibit spaces (booths 105-110) are for vendors who have purchased an indoor exhibit booth but also wish to display a large piece of equipment outside. The outdoor exhibit spaces do not include tables, chairs, etc., they are reserved space only. Space will be marked off and numbered. These booths are not covered, are rain or shine, and are non-refundable. Equipment must fit in space provided - outdoor exhibitors should bring no more equipment than what will fit in their space(s). If you need more than one space to accommodate your equipment, you must purchase more than one space. Please be sure to observe boundaries of your space and do not encroach on another exhibitor's space. Confirmed/paid exhibitors will receive an email from Hershey Expo with login information to access forms for ordering additional items for booths.
