Each 10x10 booth includes pipe, drape, two (2) exhibit hall only booth badges and a one-line identification sign. Each 10x20 booth includes pipe, drape, three (3) exhibit hall only booth badges and a one-line identification sign. All other materials including electricity, booth furnishings and freight handling must be ordered through Viper Tradeshow Services, the official contractor in the PENS Exhibit Hall. All locations are carpeted.
 OFFICIAL SERVICE CONTRACTOR:
Viper Tradeshow Services is the official service contractor for the 2023 PENS National Conference. A service kit will be emailed to the company contact provided during the registration process. For questions about shipping, drayage, custom furniture and furniture orders please contact our Viper Exhibitor Service coordinator Jennifer Elhardt at Jelhardt@vipertradeshow.com.
BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES:
Your exhibit booth fee includes two (2) exhibit hall only booth representative badges for a 10x10 or three (3) passes with the purchase of a 10x20 booth. Representatives are invited to all events held within the exhibit hall. These badges do NOT include conference registrations. Exhibit booth representatives must register as full conference or single-day registrants at the prevailing rates to attend educational sessions.
Additional booth representative badges can be purchased for $100 each and include access to the exhibit hall and PENS meals held in the exhibit hall during exhibit days ONLY.

If you would like to purchase lead retrieval for the conference, download the order form here. The cutoff date to order lead retrieval is April 11.

Exhibitor registration is entirely online. To begin the registration process, visit the Booth Selection page and click on the booth you would like to purchase. Once you have selected a booth you will be able to input your information and pay for your booth. |
