Registration & registration fees
Students should hold a valid student ID, and will be asked to present this at the registration desk at ESOF2014.
EuroScience Members will be asked to present EuroScience membership identification at the registration desk at ESOF2014.
Fees
- Regular delegates 390€
- EuroScience members 250€
- Reduced fee (teachers and/or under 35s) 250€
- Students 100€
- Day ticket (Thursday, June 26th) 50 €
- Students day ticket (any day) 50 €
Group discount applicable when 5+ registrations. Discounted fee: 250€ per delegate.
Discounted fees are calculated when 5 delegates have been registered through Additional Attendees.
Payment of registration
All major credit cards are accepted.You can choose to pay via credit card upon completion of your registration or via wire transfer (bank).
Cancellation of registration (a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the congress will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of DKK 400 provided written notice of non-attendance is received by the Crone & Co no later than 22 April 2014.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected.
Accommodation
Rooms have been pre-booked at special rates and special conditions at various hotels located in the city center. You can read more about each hotels when you make your registration. As June is a very busy month in Copenhagen, we recommend that you book accommodation at your earliest convenience. After 20 March we can not guarantee room availability, however we will do our best to meet your request.
Payment of accommodation
Each room must be guaranteed with the guest’s own credit card submitted upon reservation of the room. Payment is settled directly with the hotel no later than upon check out.
Cancellation of your accommodation
Until 20 March 2014, guests can cancel og change their reservation without incurring any costs. Cancellations or changes made later than this as well as no-shows, lata rrivals or early departures will be charged 100% of the entire reservation cost unless the hotel is able to re-sell the room. The cost will be charged to the credit card submitted upon reservation.
All changes to your room reservation must be made to Crone & Co in writing and not to the hotel
