Students should hold a valid student ID, and will be asked to submit the student ID during registration.

Payment of registration
All major credit cards are accepted.You can choose to pay via credit card upon completion of your registration or via wire transfer (bank). Details like bank account etc. is provided during registration.

Cancellation of registration (a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the congress will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of € 65 provided written notice of non-attendance is received by Crone & Co no later than 27 March 2014.
All refunds will be processed after the Congress. If cancellation is made after this date no refund can be expected.
Accommodation
Rooms have been pre-booked at special rates and special conditions at various hotels located in the city center. You can read more about each hotel under "Accommodation". As May is a very busy month in Copenhagen, we recommend that you book accommodation at your earliest convenience. After 27 March we can not guarantee room availability, however we will do our best to meet your request.
Payment of accommodation
Each room must be guaranteed with the guest’s own credit card submitted upon reservation of the room. Payment is settled directly with the hotel no later than upon check out.
Cancellation of your accommodation
Until 20 March 2014, guests can cancel og change their reservation without incurring any costs. Cancellations or changes made later than this as well as no-shows, lata rrivals or early departures will be charged 100% of the entire reservation cost unless the hotel is able to re-sell the room. The cost will be charged to the credit card submitted upon reservation.
All changes to your room reservation must be made to Crone & Co in writing and not to the hotel.
Individual / group registration
You can make an individual registration and/or registrer a group. During the registration process you will find a short guideline for registration of a group. Please follow this guideline carefully to ensure, that all registrations are submitted correctly.
