A travelling trophy will be awarded to the first place gross winner. The winner can hold the trophy for one year.    

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions will be strictly enforced by BlackHorse:

1.  Golf Course Dress Code: Appropriate golf, business or business casual attire is required.  BlackHorse Golf Club’s dress code prohibits cut-offs and tee shirts.  All shirts must have collars and all shorts must be of Bermuda length.  No metal spikes are allowed.

2.  Food and Beverage Policy: All food and beverages consumed on the club’s property must be purchased through BlackHorse Golf Club unless authorized by the Event Sales Manager or Food & Beverage Manager of BlackHorse. Food and beverages are subject to an 8.25% sales tax and 20% service charge.

IT IS A VIOLATION OF TABC LAW TO BRING ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ONTO BLACKHORSE PREMISES. ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CONSUMED ON BLACKHORSE PROPERTY MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH BLACKHORSE AND DISTRIBUTED BY BLACKHORSE PERSONNEL.

3.  Inclement Weather Policy:  (Determined by BlackHorse Golf Club in its sole discretion)

BlackHorse shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether golf course conditions are suitable for hosting the Event, and agrees to make that determination as soon as possible prior to the Event and notify the Event Contact. If inclement weather occurs during the Event, BlackHorse shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether to suspend play. If BlackHorse suspends play, play shall resume when BlackHorse determines the start or resumption of play. If BlackHorse suspends play, then the following guidelines shall govern any interruption:

•           If a majority of the Event players have completed less than 9 holes, BlackHorse shall give each player a voucher allowing the player an eighteen-hole round on a future date, on a space available basis.

•           If a majority of the Event players have completed 9 holes or more, the Event shall be deemed completed and the results determined based upon scores for the number of holes played.

If inclement weather occurs during the Event, All food and beverage and/or merchandise charges apply regardless of weather conditions.

4.  On-Property Sponsors: 

Any on property sponsors must sign the Tournament Sponsor Agreement Form before being allowed on-site.

BlackHorse will provide and set up a 6’ table and two chairs for Hole Sponsors for a fee of $15 per. Sponsors may choose to provide their own tables and chairs. BlackHorse does not provide Pop Up Tents but sponsors are welcome to bring their own.
