REGISTRATION

Registrations are open to all Palliative Medicine Specialists & Trainees, and any other GPs or other Medical Practitioners with an interest in Palliative Medicine.
Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration form, with payment to the Conference Secretariat. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this website carefully before clicking the below link.

PAYMENT OF FEES
All registration fees are to be paid in Australian dollars. Payment of fees must accompany all registrations and may be made by cheque,credit card (MasterCard or Visa only) or direct deposit (please ensure remittance advice is emailed to anzspm@willorganise.com.au).Visa or MasterCard payments will incur a 2.2% surcharge. Cheques are to be made payable to ANZSPM Events. Accommodation isto be paid directly to the hotel upon check out.
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Registrations will be confirmed only on receipt of payment.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

- Before 30 June 2014 will incur a A$110 cancellation fee
- Before 18 August 2014 will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of fees paid
- After 18 August 2014 there will be no refund
