Hooray for Hollywood!

Join other LA Area Sun Devils to tour the new Academy Museum of Motion Pictures - the largest museum in the United States devoted to the arts, sciences, and artists of moviemaking. See Dorothy’s ruby red slippers, the Cowardly Lion’s mane, Joseph Stefano used to write the screenplay for Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho (1960), the Stories of Cinema – a three-floor exhibition presenting the diverse, international and complex stories of moviemakers and the works they create, and much, much more!

NOTES: Children under 17 are free to attend from the museum with advance registration, but we have a specific number of tickets for our group during the date and time of our event that require a ticket purchase to attend.

Protocols are in place requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

Limit two tickets per order. 

ABOUT THE ACADEMY MUSEUM OF MOTION PICTURES:
Designed by Pritzker Prize—winning architect Renzo Piano, the Academy Museum’s seven floors feature exhibition spaces, education and special event spaces, a conservation studio, a café, and a museum store. In addition, the museum’s 1,000-seat David Geffen Theater and 288-seat Ted Mann Theater will present a year-round calendar of screenings, film series, member programs, panel discussions, family programs, and symposia. Programs will include retrospectives and thematic series that illuminate the artistic and cultural contributions of an international selection of movie artists.
