Promenade 2 and 3 will host the Partner Expo and will the location for all F&B service
I have a special diet – will this be accommodated for?
When you register, please make a note of any special dietary requirements such as allergies. We will do our best to ensure your menu includes both tasty and healthy options, and if you have nominated a special dietary requirements, please make yourself known to onsite staff when you arrive so any special arrangements can be made.

Where should I stay?
Crown Promenade have offered delegates attending the OSIsoft Oceania Seminar with a preferred rate of $250 per night, inclusive of breakfast at Mesh Restaurant. Delegates wishing to take advantage of this special rate should register using the Accommodation Booking link.
Can I stay
somewhere else?
Choice of accommodation is entirely up to you,
however, please note that transfers to and from other properties will not be
provided.
Do I
need to bring my laptop?
Attending
sessions that form part of the OSIsoft Oceania Regional Seminar will not
require a laptop, unless you wish to take notes. If you are taking part in the
Product
Education Day
,
you will be provided a laptop with software already installed for use during the day.
How
can I charge it up during the day?
Tables located at the rear of the Session
room will be equipped with power boards to enable you to recharge your laptop
(or mobile phone) during the course of the sessions. Please ensure you bring all of the necessary
power leads and charger units as these items will not be supplied.
Will
I be able to connect to the internet?
Partners
taking part in the Partner Expo will be provided with internet access as part
of their Sponsorship package. All
delegates will be responsible for their own internet access, either via their
own wireless dongles, or direct with Crown Promenade via accommodation
bookings.
Can I bring a guest?
Ticket pricing is based on one person attending all Seminar sessions and
all associated events. Should you wish
to bring a partner or guest to Seminar Sessions, a separate delegate ticket
will need to be purchased. If you wish
to bring a guest to the Seminar Dinner taking place on Tuesday 13th
August, 2013, please contact Patsy at auevents@osisoft.com. Attendance will be offered at a set fee,
subject to room space availability.
Something has come up at the office, and I can no longer attend. Can I cancel or send of my colleagues?
You can cancel your registration
and receive a full refund provided we receive notification in writing by 30
July (2 weeks prior to the commencement of the Seminar). If you would like to substitute your
attendance with a colleague, please notify the Event Team in writing by 30 July at auevents@osisoft.com in order that adjustments can be made to name badges.
Can I register using a Purchase Order?
Yes, please use the Invoice method of payment, where you can input your Purchase Order number and it will appear on your invoice.
