Rachael Moyer is Owner and Principal Consultant at Flux, a business consulting solutions firm, specializing in corporate governance, risk management and compliance services. Ms. Moyer’s experience includes leading global compliance programs, fraud investigations, and providing financial and operational audit and risk management advisory services across a variety of industries. Prior to launching Flux, Ms. Moyer gained valuable global internal audit experience, primarily in the tech industry, having developed and deployed dozens of financial and operational audit programs worldwide. Ms. Moyer is a nationally recognized speaker and instructor in internal audit, risk management, and leadership and development. She is currently a Course Facilitator with The IIA North America and a published author in the Internal Audit magazine.
