Webcast Sign-up
In an effort to assist you in complying with SEC Regulation Fair Disclosure, Barclays has requested OpenExchange to provide the infrastructure to webcast such company’s participation at the Eat, Sleep, Play Conference…with a Focus on the ‘Eat’ to the public. This service allows your investors and employees to listen to the event live or on-demand.

All companies electing to use the webcasting service will receive a dedicated link to their webcast for use in marketing materials and websites. OpenExchange customer service representatives and technical support staff will be available before and after the conference to work with presenting companies and individuals accessing their webcasts.

If you plan on sharing slides, we recommend that you prepare a 35-minute PowerPoint presentation. We will reach out to you with details on executing your virtual presentation once you have completed your registration.

How to Be a Good Presenter
Test your connection and presentation
- Ahead of the Barclays Eat, Sleep, Play Conference…with a Focus on the ‘Eat’, please find the OpenExchange video conference test link below. It’s imperative to use video to connect to your meetings. Related to that, you and anyone from your team that will be participating in meetings should test their video connection by clicking on the link below and follow the instructions. When doing this please make sure you test the audio and video from the device you intend to use as well as from the location you intend to be on the day of your meetings. You will be able to test screen sharing as well if that is needed. Testing is available 24 X 5 and usually takes less than five minutes

- During your test, you will be brought to a waiting room prior to being connected with a member of the OpenExchange Video Specialist team. Please provide the Video Specialist with your name, firm and the conference you are testing for. The OpenExchange Video Specialist can help address questions you may have prior to the conference
Some video best practices to consider:
- Look and sound your best
- Lighting should come from in front of you or from the side, in order to best light your face
- Keep your background clear of distractions
- Look at your webcam, not at the screen and use gestures and mannerisms that you would typically use in person
- Use a microphone when you speak. Make sure the microphone is on and close enough to pick up your voice, no matter what location you are in
Help everyone focus
- Make sure your screen name is first name last name – company. You can rename yourself during a meeting by right clicking on your picture and selecting rename
- If you aren't talking, mute or turn off your microphone
- Avoid noisy activities like side conversations or typing while your microphone is on
Reduce Distractions
- Sit or stand somewhere with a neutral background (or use a virtual background)
- Make sure your camera is on a steady surface to prevent shaking
- Turn off your camera and mute yourself if you need to take care of business outside of the meeting (ex. someone in-person needs your attention). Turn the camera back on when you are present in the meeting again
