Air and Ground Transportation  

Please make your travel plans to arrive at San Antonio International Airport by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 21, in order to take part in the Welcome Event & Reception that evening. Departures can be scheduled for any time on Thursday, February 24.   

If you choose to arrive early or stay late, the negotiated hotel rates will be good for three days pre- and post- meeting, provided the hotel has space available. When you provide your complete travel information to Bobcat Company, please list your actual travel dates so that we can best accommodate your needs.   
  
Air Travel  
Dealers are responsible for their own air transportation to and from San Antonio International Airport. To allow you to secure the best rates available, you are encouraged to work with your preferred travel provider as soon as possible. So that we may plan accordingly for your arrival and departure, please provide your complete travel information during registration or by modifying your existing registration.  
  
Ground Transportation  
Once you’ve landed at the San Antonio International Airport, you’ll be met by a Bobcat representative who will take care of your ground transportation to and from the JW Marriott and other dealer meeting events.  
  
Accommodations  
Dealers are responsible for their room charges at the JW Marriott. Bobcat has negotiated a special rate of $284.00 per night during the meeting. If you wish to come in early or extend your stay, please contact Nick Van Stratt at nvanstratt@helmsbriscoe.com to confirm availability and room rate.
