Jay will be on deck for 3 CPE’s November 4th covering the topic of Shifting Gears & Changing Lanes– In the last year, many people and organizations have experienced more change that they would normally have in a five to ten-year period of time.  Whether an organization is challenged or simply moving in a new direction, change is inevitable and will continue to happen at a dizzying pace. This program will provide the tools to effectively navigate the road to change by:

• Discovering practical communication and relationship skills that facilitate change.
• Learning how to leverage your assumptions to your advantage.

Session 2 Details:

We’ll finish Thursday’s program with a joint presentation from Sophie Tomeo, Risk Consulting Manager and Eliot Mitchell, CPA, Risk Consulting Director of RSM US LLP called ESG Fundamentals for Internal Auditors.  This presentation will provide internal audit practitioners with a broad understanding of environmental, social, and governance factors and their impact across key sectors. Participants will learn to describe ESG principles and key drivers influencing company behaviors, key ESG risks and evolving trends.
