Dr. Cheryl Carr D.Bus.Admin. I/O Psych, Positive Applied Psychology, Prosci Certified
Dr. Cheryl Carr is the founder of Dr. Cheryl Carr, LLC and is an Organizational Psychologist with a background in change management and neuroscience of learning. As the “Work Doctor”, she helps companies and employees build on engagement, resilience, kindness, and purpose in their work.
Dr. Cheryl provides a remedy for work challenges and solutions to benefit both company and personal growth. Her mission is to make work a place of happiness and fulfillment. She personally experienced depression, feeling misunderstood and unmotivated but proactively found a way to heal herself and regain a sense of joy, and now she helps organizations and employees find self-awareness and happiness.
Dr. Cheryl teaches tangible, applicable habits and behaviors focused on helping individuals flourish at work. She developed her own systems to work productively, differently, TALKT (Technology Aided Leadership and Management) and CALMforOCM (Computer Aided Leadership and Management for Organizational Change Management) -patent pending.
Dr. Cheryl consults with government, academia, oil, and gas industries. She has been the keynote speaker on numerous stages including the Association of Change Management Professionals, Texas A&M University Leadership Summit, Tarrant College, and The Ascend Institute/Powered by Dallas College.
Dr. Cheryl is launching her vlog - Three C's (Confidence, Change, Calm) - this fall. She is the author of the upcoming books, “Three C's”, "Rescued from Masculinity," and the textbook “Happy Changers, Changing Happy.”
