Session overview: How often do you use Excel on an audit? What are the common features that you would love to know more about? This session will provide you the opportunity to take a look at the new features added to Excel that are of use for auditors.
Session objectives:
* Learn how Excel can keep an audit trail of all the transformation steps to create a report
* Use a pivot table to compare two lists
* Plot a pivot table on a map to look for employee/vendor conflicts of interest
* Compare the built-in Formula Auditing tools to the Inquire tools that are included with Excel but not enabled.
* Take a look at how Dynamic Array formulas, LET, and LAMBDA can simplify complex worksheets
