When should I register?
Immediately to reserve a space at the event and to secure a hotel room. Space is extremely limited.
What is the deadline for registering?
Registration will close at 8:00 pm (PT) on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
What expenses will Western Star Trucks assume for participants?
Western Star Trucks will cover hotel room and tax for all Customer attendees. Meals during the events, as well as ground transportation in Detroit, will be provided for all attendees.
What is the attire for the event?
The Ride & Drive will be outdoors, please pack accordingly to the local weather. Jeans are recommended; closed toed shoes are required.
How do I arrange for a hotel room?
Hotel accommodations will be made on your behalf when you register. Please do NOT contact the hotel directly. Western Star Trucks has secured a block of guest rooms for this event.
I am attending the optional plant tour, when should I schedule my departure flight?
If you are attending the plant tour, please book your departure flight after 2:00 pm.
COVID-19 Considerations
All CDC social distancing guidelines will be enforced and group sizes will be at a minimum to ensure the safety of attendees and staff. Additionally, transportation vehicles will be at no more than 50% capacity to allow for social distancing.
