What:
One of the greatest benefits of being a member of PCPA is our Annual Conference, held each spring. Based on all your helpful feedback from the 2021 event, the 2022 conference will be held as a hybrid meeting!
This annual event provides an excellent opportunity to:
- learn from experts
- be inspired for the future
- network with colleagues in similar roles
- discover new suppliers and potential partners
- and much more!
The 2022 Annual Conference will include 3 keynote speakers and 12 workshops in 3 timeslots over 2 days. You will select one workshop for each of the 3 timeslots.
When:
April 28 - 29, 2022 - Core Annual (Hybrid) Conference
Where:
In-Person Attendees: Scarritt Bennett Center in Nashville, TN
Virtual Attendees: Via Zoom! Links will be sent to those who register
Plus, peer group gatherings will be held both in-person on the conference days and the main peer group meetings will be held via Zoom in the days before and after the Annual Conference. More details to come!
Whether you attend in-person or virtually, only those who register for this conference will receive links to recordings of the keynotes and workshops to watch later!
In-Person Requirements:
- We respectfully request that only those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 attend in person. If you have opted not to be vaccinated, we sincerely hope you will attend via Zoom. We know this can be a divisive issue and we pray that this will not be the case for PCPA.
- We will make a decision regarding mask wearing and social distancing requirements based on current CDC guidelines once we are closer to the conference dates.
Zoom Option:
- We know there are many reasons some of you will not be able to be with us in person; personal preference, no vaccine, organizational travel policies or budgets, crazy-busy-schedules, etc. We do hope you'll join us for this conference via Zoom.
Video Recordings:
- All who are registered for the Annual Conference, whether for in-person or virtual attendance via Zoom will receive links to view the video recordings of the rich line-up of keynote speeches and workshops. We expect that nearly all, if not all, of our presenters will give us permission to record their sessions.

- Early Bird Special for PCPA Members only! Register before March 1 for the bargain price of $99 per person! Save $50 per person!
- Regular Registration before April 20 is only $149 per person!
- Non-member Registration before April 20 is only $199 per person!
- Can't attend the full conference? It's smart to register anyway because when you do, you'll receive the password protected links to the recordings of the keynotes and the workshops!
*Note: After March 18 there will be no refunds for cancellations. If for your health and safety you decide to change from an in-person attendee to a virtual attendee, feel free to modify your registration to reflect that choice.
