Virtual Networking
At the beginning and end of the event, there will be multiple sessions available for attendees to network in small group breakout rooms. There is no formal programming. This is simply time to make connections. Participate at your own pace.

While the agenda above reflects specific periods dedicated to small group networking, you can one-on-one network with others anytime on this virtual platform.

Roundtables

A corporate representative leads WBEs in a discussion on their company's procurement process and shares insights on how potential suppliers can differentiate themselves. There will be a capacity limit for each discussion session.

How it Works:

Sized to facilitate discussion, each 20-minute "roundtable" is a small group video chat limited to 8 people. One spot is for the corporate member host; the other spots are for WBEs interested in learning about that company's procurement process. WBE spots are open on a first-come, first-served basis. WBEs can enter a "roundtable" session during the event until the capacity has been reached. There will be a total of three roundtable sessions.

Workshop

Asheya Warren, Principal and Founder of PRAXIS will lead our annual Connections to Contracts Workshop at the beginning of our event. In this session, we will learn positioning strategies to help determine whether or not you should respond to an RFQ/RFP, how to dissect the process to understand clients' needs (beyond price), identifying your differentiators, and integrating compelling and convincing messages.

BONUS: Free proposal review and critique offered to all attendees, post event. A calendar link with instructions will be provided if attendees want to participate. During the optional review, the PRAXIS team will review each RFP and response, and provide a review of strengths, suggestions, and recommendations for how your firm can elevate your proposal responses.

Virtual Platform Access

This event will be held on the platform Hubilo. You will be sent a link prior to the event which will provide login information and instructions to set up your event profile. Tutorial video coming soon!
