Virtual Networking
At the beginning and end of the event, there will be multiple sessions available for attendees to network in small group breakout rooms. There is no formal programming. This is simply time to make connections. Participate at your own pace.
While the agenda above reflects specific periods dedicated to small group networking, you can one-on-one network with others anytime on this virtual platform.
RoundtablesA corporate representative leads WBEs in a discussion on their company's procurement process and shares insights on how potential suppliers can differentiate themselves. There will be a capacity limit for each discussion session.
How it Works:
Sized to facilitate discussion, each 20-minute "roundtable" is a small group video chat limited to 8 people. One spot is for the corporate member host; the other spots are for WBEs interested in learning about that company's procurement process. WBE spots are open on a first-come, first-served basis. WBEs can enter a "roundtable" session during the event until the capacity has been reached. There will be a total of three roundtable sessions.
