What is Table Topics?

Our virtual Table Topics feature networking!
Table Topics is a bi-monthly event (February through November) held via Zoom Meeting
that features small group virtual networking and a keynote speaker
focused on communication, business development, or personal development.

For the first 30 minutes of the event, attendees are broken out into small groups to foster connections.
No topic of discussion. Simply time to network.

Assessing a Sales Mindset

Sales techniques are great, and having sales processes is even better! However, neither of these things ensure that you’ll be able to effectively execute these newly learned techniques nor follow the processes you’ve set. So, what makes these things “stick”? A sales mindset.

You could have it, your salespeople could have it, and your sales candidates could have it. It’s up to you to find out the components of a sales mindset to avoid any potential roadblocks in the future. This information will help you predict your and your sales team’s success... But, you have to know what it is and how to spot it first, and that’s what we’ll do in this session!

During this session, you will learn:

  • The psychology behind an individual’s selling behavior
  • Why assessing a sales mindset is more important than sales training or sales processes
  • The top five things you should watch out for in yourself and your team to determine sales success
  • How to spot hidden weaknesses during the recruiting process
  • A process that predicts the likeliness that your (and their) mindset will get in their way of sales success

Since we've moved from an in-person setting to a virtual format and out of consideration for the current economic environment,
