Holly McMillan M.C.D., CCC-SLP, LMP, CLT

Holly McMillan M.C.D. CCC-SLP, LMP, CLT is a Senior Speech Language Pathologist and Co-Director of Trismus Clinic at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is a doctoral student at the University of Texas School of Public Health, a licensed massage therapist, and certified lymphedema therapist with expertise in oncology and head and neck cancer rehabilitation. Ms. McMillan serves as lead clinician on and active NIH funded clinical trial examining manual therapy for late effect dysphagia and is a collaborator on several NIH funded clinical trials in head and neck cancer survivorship.

Carol A. Page PhD, CCC-SLP, ATP, CBIS

Carol A. Page, PhD, CCC-SLP, ATP, CBIS is the Director of the South Carolina Assistive Technology Program (SCATP) at the USC School of Medicine, a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, Center for Disability Resources, Department of Pediatrics. She received her PhD degree in speech-language pathology from the University of South Carolina and her assistive technology professional certification from RESNA. Carol provides trainings at a local, state, national and international level on assistive technology for persons with disabilities of all ages, their caregivers and professionals who serve them.

Laura Sprague MS, OTR/L

Laura Sprague OTR/L, CLT-LANA is currently working at Sentara Granby Therapy Center in Norfolk, VA. She treats a variety of diagnosis including Orthopedic and Neurological disorders in addition to her primary specialization in Lymphedema therapy. She received her bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University in 2006 and a Masters in Occupational Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2010. She later obtained her certification in Lymphedema therapy (CLT) by Klose training in 2015 followed by LANA certification in 2017. Laura primarily treats patients with lymphedema of the head, neck and upper body. She currently serves as a member of the Sentara Norfolk General Breast Cancer Committee.
