How to book

With just a week to go, if you are interested in attending the conference, please get in touch. We may be able to squeeze you in - events@financialplanning.org.uk or on 0117 9452470.

1. Choose your package (view the packages page for details of the packages and pricing):

All inclusive - very limited availability - please get in touch*
Conference & dinner
Conference day
Pick & mix - very limited accommodation availability - please get in touch*
3+ group - very limited availability - please get in touch*
6+ group - very limited availability - please get in touch*.

*A limited number of onsite rooms are now available in either the Resort Hotel or Manor House Hotel. Please email for more details - events@financialplanning.org.uk.

2. Choose your type:

IFP member
Non-member
New joiner (discounted IFP member rates for conference plus your 1st year's IFP membership for half price (£91.50 + a one off admin fee of £26))
3+ group (3 or more delegates booking in from the same company at the same time)
6+ group (6 or more delegates booking in from the same company at the same time).

4. Confirmation details, receipt etc

You'll be able to click the button on the final confirmation page to print out your VAT invoice/receipt
You'll receive an email confirming your booking details, reference number and how you can log in to access your booking details etc
You'll be able to log back into to your booking at a later date to access your booking record and access your invoice/receipt.

Booking a group - once you've add the first delegate, you'll be invited to add more delegates. To get the group discounts you'll need to book and pay for all your delegates in one go.

Want to book in your spouse? Choose one of the shared occupancy options and you'll be invited to add a guest as part of the booking process.

Please note: All bookings are subject to terms and conditions and your booking will be taken as acceptance of these.

Booking discounts

There are a number of ways to save but the sooner you book, the more you can save.

Individuals:

Book by 31 May - save 10%
Book by 5 July - save 5%
Book from 6 July to 31 July - save 2.5%.

Groups:

Discounts are available for groups of 3+ or 6+ from the same company.
