HOC Update 2021
To our valued Hercules & Orion community members,
The Delta variant of COVID-19 is leading to dramatic increases in positive cases around the world. In a commitment to putting health and safety first, Lockheed Martin and the Hercules Orion Conference (HOC) organizers have decided to pause activities for the 2021 HOC, scheduled to take place in Atlanta, Georgia, Oct. 18–21.
This year’s HOC was an opportunity to celebrate and discuss the C-130/L-100/LM-100 and P-3/CP-140 aircraft with our operator and industry partners. We had many wonderful keynote, presentations, panel discussions, and networking events planned. Our intent is to offer these same engagements at the 2022 HOC. We are closely monitoring the global health situation and will share updates with you as soon as they are available.

- Civilian owner/operator – civilian company that owns or operates P-3, C-130, L-100, or LM-100J aircraft
- Service Center Attendee – Employees of Lockheed Martin Authorized Service Centers
- Sponsor Attendee – Complimentary with Sponsorship (number depending on sponsorship level)
- Vendor/Other Attendee – Corporations and companies that sell or distribute aircraft parts, general supplies, MSP, and general admission attendees
- Premium Exhibitor Booth 52 Total, 1 Available - $4,000 - Located in the Garden Court this year. 8' deep x 10' wide booth with table and 2 chairs, electrical power, and wireless Internet connection. Crate size limit to get into exhibit hall is 65" wide x 95" high.
- Standard Exhibitor Booth 27 Total, 5 Available - $3,000 - Located in the Habersham Ballroom this year. 8' deep x 10' wide booth with table and 2 chairs, electrical power, and wireless Internet connection. Crate size limit to get into exhibit hall is 70" wide x 94" high.

- Name on credit card matches
- Address matches where the billing statement is sent (billing address)

2022 Calendar Photos
As part of the 2021 HOC, operators will have a forum to share their stories about how they use C-130, L-100, P-3 and CP-140 aircraft including how they supported COVID-19 relief efforts across the globe. We want to highlight these stories through photos, videos, and words. Photos will be featured in the 2022 HOC calendar; videos will be featured throughout the conference; and written accounts will be featured on the HOC website and app. Photos must be high-resolution (300 dpi) and include aircraft owner/operator; aircraft model/version; location photograph was taken; release of copyright; and photographer’s name and contact information. Submit all photos, videos, and stories to hoc.support@lmco.com. Deadline for photos to be considered for inclusion in the 2022 calendar is July 30, 2021.
