Training Overview for Day One – March 11, 2021:

Session #1 - Fraud Detection & Incident Response

Presented By: John Hall

Session Details: John will be covering a combination of business ethics and fraud risk management risks and response ideas – focused on the role of professional auditors and the proven actions we can and should take.

Session #2 - Developing Leadership Presence through Self Awareness

Presented By: Maria Asuelimen

Session Details: Maria will discuss self-awareness and uncovering the blind spots we all have. When leading or supporting pro-ethics anti-fraud initiatives for our organizations & clients, self-awareness is critical to our professional and personal effectiveness.

Training Overview for Day Two – March 12, 2021:

Session #1 - Shades of Ethics: Setting the Thermostat

Presented By: Jami Shine

Session Details: Ethical governance is becoming increasingly important to our organizations as ethics failures result in corporate scandals and fraud, but it’s harder than ever to evaluate. In a “shades of grey” culture, ethical decisions become complex and subjective. Additionally, the auditor’s role in ethics is often poorly defined or non-existent. In this session, Jami will discuss how to navigate ethical dilemmas as well as the optimal role for auditors to take in evaluating and promoting ethics at their organizations.

Session #2 - Fraud & Ethics workshop

Presented By: John Hall

Session Details: John will lead a brainstorming session with ‘what-if’ scenarios encountered by auditors in both ethics and fraud prevention, detection and incident response. Get ready to think, write and act as we guide you through exercises covering what works – and what doesn’t.
