Program

Please join us for an evening of education and community as young adult (AYA) blood cancer patients, survivors, and families come together to focus on life beyond cancer.

Our speakers, from across the Ohio River Valley Region, will focus on the unique challenges that arise in the AYA community while fighting blood cancer such as transplant, self care, resiliency, sexual health, and support resources. In addition, participants will learn about the resources available in their community and those provided by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

To begin the program, participants will have the opportunity to choose between the Transplant or Survivorship breakout sessions. Following the breakout session, our panel of young adult survivors, caregivers, and medical experts, will come together to discuss suvivorship challenges. We will end the program with an optional, virtual meet-up to get to know other blood cancer survivors.

We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
