Reservations Deadline
The deadline to receive the discounted room rate is December 20, 2014. We suggest making room reservations as soon as possible to secure a room.

Should you have difficulties in securing a room
within our block, you can contact the hotel directly about other options on
property outside of ICR’s block, request to be placed on the conference rate
wait list, or secure a room at the Renaissance Orlando located at 6677 Sea
Harbor Drive, which is in close proximity (2 miles) to the Grand Lakes Orlando.
