How Do I Register for the Event?
ICR XChange 2015 Conference is by invite only. If you have received an email invite from ICR XChange please register from there. If you haven’t, please request an invite by contacting info@icrxchange.com.
When Will Registration Close?
Registration will remain open until January 6, 2015 at 3:00PM.
What is the Fee for the Event?
If you register before December 31st the fee is $875.00 for all 3 days of the conference. After December 31st the fee goes up to $1,500. There is no on-site registration.
If I Stay at the JW Marriott/Ritz Carlton is There a Special Rate?
Yes. To book online go to the Travel page and click on “Reserve a Room.” You will find the most up to date information and rates. If you prefer to call the hotel directly please inform them that you are attending the 2015 ICR XChange to receive that special rate otherwise the hotel will charge you the standard hotel rate. We strongly encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible since January is a busy period in Orlando and rooms will go fast.

How Do I Receive a Refund If I Need to Cancel My Registration?
Cancellations will be accepted, minus a $50.00 processing fee up until Friday, December 12, 2014. No refunds will be granted after this date.
When is the Schedule Going to Be Posted? Who are the Confirmed Presenting Companies?
The schedule will be posted in December but is subject to change. A list of confirmed presenting companies will be released at this time.
How Can I Get a Receipt and Check on My Registration?
You will be able to log-in through the registration link.
