Your travel dates for the IAMS Mediterranean Cruise are August 27 - September 4, 2022. Once you have registered we will send you a flight itinerary via email for your approval. We are happy to enter your frequent flyer numbers and assist with anything else you may need as you make your travel plans.
If you would like to extend your trip we are happy to make arrangements for you, and can offer a variety of places to stay, sightseeing opportunities and other options. The cost for any such arrangements are your responsibility. Please contact us at info@novustravelltd.com
Airport
We recommend arrival 3 hours prior to your flight to allow enough time for check-in, security, etc. For more information on airport security, visit the Transportation Security Administration website for updated information on security guidelines.
Luggage
Luggage allowances vary between airlines. Please check your airline carrier for specific luggage restrictions and costs, as luggage fees are at your expense. Federal regulations require that all luggage (including carry on) be clearly marked with your full name and address. We will be sending you luggage tags, which should be affixed to your luggage before checking in for the flight. You will receive these tags approximately two weeks prior to travel.
Arrival Information
Upon arrival into Rome, please proceed to baggage claim to collect your luggage. Travel staff with IAMS signage will meet you and assist with your luggage. They will escort you to waiting transportation, which will transfer you to the Port of Civitavecchia.
Medical Travel Tips
Remember to stay well hydrated throughout the trip, especially when playing golf or participating in other outdoor activities. If you take prescription medicine we recommend that you bring a prescription signed by your doctor in case any medications must be replaced.
