What is Table Topics?
Our virtual Table Topics feature networking! Table Topics is
a monthly event (February through November) held via Zoom Meeting that features small group virtual networking and a keynote speaker
focused on communication, business development, or personal development. For the first 30 minutes of the event, attendees are broken out into small groups to foster connections. No topic of discussion. Simply time to network.

Entrepreneurial Operating System
Ensure You're Running Your Business Rather Than it Running You!6>
Many
entrepreneurs thought being a business owner would make life easier for them, yet they find themselves working longer hours and getting less return on their
investments of time and money.
Maybe you grapple with some of these challenges: - Lack of control over time, markets, and/or your company - People who don't listen, understand, or follow through - Profit that's inconsistent and/or lacking - Growth is happening but you can't break through to the next level, or... - Growth is happening too fast and you're barely hanging on for the ride - Quick fixes that come and go, bringing little change with continued frustrations
If you’re a
business owner and want to see your business consistently run better
and grow faster, come to this powerful, informational, and inspirational
presentation that will introduce you to the six key components of a
successful business using EOS - Entrepreneurial Operating System – introduced in the book “Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business” by Gino
Wickman.
Sandi's interactive style and experience-based real-world insight makes
this an eye-opening event for growth-oriented business leaders.
You will walk
away with a set of simple, practical tools that you and your leadership team
can use immediately to focus on priorities, get clear on issues, and gain
traction together - as a healthier team!
