The 5th Annual Jefferson Infertility Counseling Conference: When it Takes More  than Two to Make a Baby is specifically designed to reach mental health professionals  and nurses who are high-impact influencers with patients, and an underutilized  resource when it comes to marketing.

2012, there were over 16,000 egg donor  transfers and mental health professionals most likely met with the well over 8,000 egg  donor recipients in addition to sperm donor recipients, embryo donor recipients, IVF  patients using PGD/PGS, and other infertility patients. This conference gives you a unique opportunity to develop conversations with professionals – mental health and nurses – and build professional relationships.

The conference will include in-depth presentations on a myriad of hot topics related to counseling issues including a nursing and advanced testing track, third party reproduction, preparing patients for procedures, and a day devoted to the ethical issues that patients encounter in treatment.

As an exhibitor at this event, you will have the opportunity to personally share your product information directly with a unique group of mental health professionals and nurses. Last year the conference enjoyed over 130 professionals coming from all corners of the country with a 20% growth each year from its inception. Exhibitors will have multiple opportunities to converse with attendees during breakfast, breaks, and lunch.

  • Sponsorship opportunities for the cocktail party or breakouts are (and includes the above as well as special signage shown below):

    • Cocktail party $5,000  (special signage and announcements and acknowledgement in conference materials)
    • Platinum sponsorship of the conference of $10,000 includes the above along with individual recognition with conference materials and banner placement on the website and any other marketing materials
