General Conference Information
Registration
The Registration Desk will be located in the Foyer of the of the Adelaide Convention Centre and will be open:
Thursday 31 October 1400 – 1800
Friday 01 November 0700 – 1800
Saturday 02 November 0800 – 1700
Sunday 03 November 0830 – 1300
Acknowledgement of Registration
Your registration will be acknowledged on submission with confirmation of your requirements upon receipt of your completed registration form.
All updates regarding the Conference will be posted to the Conference website www.amma.asn.au/amma2013
Your hotel booking will be confirmed only on receipt of your credit card details.
At the Conference you will receive the conference satchel and name badge upon arrival. The name badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. Additional tickets will be issued for partners who are attending social functions.
Dress Code
The AMMA Conference is a civilian event and therefore military dress is not compulsory. Dress throughout the day is smart casual along with the Welcome Reception. The Conference Dinner is formal, after five wear is appropriate with jacket and tie for men. However, if you are being sponsored by JHC you should check with your superior officer as to what you are required to wear.

Conference delegates will have access to a smart phone application prior to, during and post conference. Further information will be posted on the website as it comes to hand.

The ACCRM CPD, RCNA CNE and RACGP QA & CPD programs aim to assist Australian General Practitioners and Nurses maintain and improve the quality of care they give to patients and promote the highest possible standards of care to the community.
