Payment may be made later by check or through PayPal, Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Refunds will be made in certain circumstances and substitutions are allowed.

 

Payment Information

If you paid via credit card, your invoice will reflect it.  If you elected to pay via check/invoice, payment instructions (along with State of SC SCEIS lookup instructions) can be found at the bottom of the invoice.

If you elected to pay via check/invoice and later wish to pay via credit card, you may sign in and pay by:

  • signing in using your email address and confirmation number;
  • advancing to the final payment screen and selecting "Credit Card" in the method of payment section; and,
  • paying with a credit card at that time.
