Delegates who do not meet the above criteria should request a Visit Clearance through their respective National Security Authority. The Request for Visit (RFV) is to be submitted to the NCI Agency Security Office.

b.    Delegates with a NATO Security Clearance may receive a Named Unescorted Pass upon presentation of their NATO Identification Card/National Identification Card or Passport.

Delegates without a NATO Security Clearance will receive a Named Escorted Pass upon presentation of their NATO/National Identification Card or Passport.
