IIA Baltimore Chapter Virtual Series

On behalf of the IIA Baltimore Chapter, speakers Don Levonius, M.A. and Jason Klees will provide a full day’s worth of training delivered over the course of two half-day mornings 4 CPEs each day, for a total of 8 CPEs.

Session #1 - LEADING THROUGH CRISIS: How to Help Your Team Overcome Adversity

Presented By: Don Levonius, M.A

Session Details: Crisis brings out the best in those who know how to rise to the occasion, cut through the fog of crisis, and use adversity to help others emerge stronger and more resilient. Whether your team is facing a pandemic, economic uncertainty, social unrest, geopolitical conflict, or a personal tragedy – this program will show you how to help them overcome it!

Session #2 - ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR REMOTE WORKING: Tried-and-True Tips for the New Normal of Work

Presented By: Jason Klees, Certified Facilitator.

Session Details: Although remote working instantly became the new norm due to Covid-19, some professionals have been working this way for years. That’s great news! In this webinar you will learn tried-and-true best practices from an expert who has been working remotely and managing a remote team for a decade.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop routines that maximize your time, energy, and productivity
  • Increase collaboration with remote colleagues and clients

This event is intended for anyone looking to gain or strengthen crisis management skills and develop a professional presence while increasing communication skills utilized in the “new” virtual business environment. The sessions will each provide 4 CPEs for a total of 8 CPEs and will fulfill the IIA certification continuing education requirements.
