The TCT Meetings team is moving forward with preparations for the TCT Meetings scheduled for February 10-14, 2021, and is committed to providing an outstanding program developed by the Scientific Organizing Committee. The health and safety of our attendees, speakers, and staff is our top priority so we are preparing for various options should a face-to-face conference not be possible.
During this time of ongoing uncertainty regarding COVID-19, ASTCT and CIBMTR urge you to carefully monitor the situation. If you are planning to attend the TCT Meetings of ASTCT & CIBMTR, please be aware of travel recommendations from local, federal, and international health agencies. Please watch for any travel announcements that may impact your itinerary, such as flight cancellations and delays.

- The World Health Organization’s recommendations for the public to reduce exposure.
- The Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommendations for traveling.
According to WHO, there are several ways to stay healthy during this time.
- Frequently clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water;
- When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue – throw tissue away immediately and wash hands;
- Avoid close contact with anyone who has fever and cough;
- If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing seek medical care early and share previous travel history with your health care provider;
- When visiting live markets in areas currently experiencing cases of novel coronavirus, avoid direct unprotected contact with live animals and surfaces in contact with animals;
- The consumption of raw or undercooked animal products should be avoided. Raw meat, milk or animal organs should be handled with care, to avoid cross-contamination with uncooked foods, as per good food safety practices.
